1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FinBazaar platform operated by FinBazaar Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

FinBazaar provides B2B travel, IRCTC train booking, banking services, AEPS, BBPS bill payments, recharges, business payouts, credit card bill payments, education fee collection, e-commerce marketplace, insurance and loan distribution.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations. KYC documents must be genuine and up to date. Misuse of the platform will lead to immediate termination.

4. Payments & Wallet

All wallet transactions are non-refundable except as covered in our Refund Policy. Commissions are credited as per the applicable partner slab.

5. Limitation of Liability

FinBazaar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, billers, banks).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
