Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair, transparent and timely refunds for our partners and customers.

1. Wallet Top-ups

Wallet load amounts are non-refundable once credited. In case of a failed top-up where the amount is debited but not credited, the amount will be auto-reversed within 5–7 working days.

2. Recharges & Bill Payments

Failed recharge/bill payment transactions will be refunded to the source wallet within 24–72 hours after confirmation from the operator/biller.

3. Travel Bookings

Flight, hotel, bus and holiday package cancellations follow the respective supplier's cancellation policy. FinBazaar's convenience fee is non-refundable.

4. AEPS / Money Transfer

Failed AEPS/DMT transactions are auto-reconciled with the sponsor bank. Reversal typically completes within 3–5 working days.

5. How to Raise a Refund Request

Email the transaction ID, date and screenshot to Support@finbazaar.net or call +91 9442846068. Our team will respond within one working day.
